Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Boujee Beachin ("Company") governing your use of the Boujee Beachin mobile application and related services.

By creating an account, browsing listings, or making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Boujee Beachin is a marketplace platform that connects beach equipment rental customers ("Customers") with beach equipment rental vendors ("Vendors"). We facilitate:

• •Discovery of beach equipment vendors based on location
• •Browsing of available rental equipment and pricing
• •Online booking and scheduling of beach equipment rentals
• •Secure payment processing for bookings
• •Communication between Customers and Vendors
• •QR code-based check-in for booked equipment

To use Boujee Beachin, you must:

• •Be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 with parental/guardian consent
• •Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• •Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• •Not have been previously suspended or banned from the platform

Account Types

• •Customer Account: For individuals renting beach equipment
• •Vendor Account: For businesses offering beach equipment rentals

Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use, use a strong unique password, and not share your credentials. We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

• •Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• •Use the Service only for its intended purpose
• •Comply with all applicable laws
• •Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive behavior
• •Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• •Not scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform
• •Treat Vendors and other users with respect

• •Provide accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing
• •Maintain equipment in safe, clean, and functional condition
• •Honor confirmed bookings and time slots
• •Comply with all local business licensing and safety regulations
• •Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• •Carry appropriate insurance for their business operations

When a Customer makes a booking, it constitutes a binding rental agreement between the Customer and the Vendor. Prices are set by Vendors, and applicable taxes are calculated before confirmation.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

If a Vendor cancels a confirmed booking, the Customer receives a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

The Boujee Beachin app, including its design, logos, graphics, interfaces, code, and content, is owned by Boujee Beachin and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disputes between Customers and Vendors should first be resolved directly. If unresolved, either party may submit a dispute through the App.

Disputes with Boujee Beachin shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive class action rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraud, abuse, false information, or non-payment. You may terminate your account by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in Florida courts.
