Getting Started

  1. Download Boujee Beachin from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Tap "Sign Up" on the welcome screen
  3. Enter your name, email, phone number, and create a password
  4. Verify your phone number with the OTP code sent via SMS
  5. You're all set!

When you open the app, it will ask for location permission. Once granted, the home screen shows vendors sorted by distance. Use the map view, search bar, or filters to find what you need.

Tip: Enable location services for the best experience.

  1. Browse vendors near your beach
  2. Tap on a vendor to see available equipment
  3. Select items (chairs, umbrellas, etc.)
  4. Choose your time slot: Morning, Afternoon, or Full Day
  5. Review your order, enter payment, and confirm
  6. Show your QR code to the vendor when you arrive!

Booking & Payment

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your card details are encrypted and PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.

  • 24+ hours before: Full refund
  • 12–24 hours before: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours: No refund

Approved refunds are initiated through Stripe and appear in your account within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation. If you haven't received it after 10 days, contact your bank first, then us.

Yes! Go to My Bookings, select the booking, and tap Modify Booking up to 12 hours before start time. Price differences will be charged or refunded automatically.

Account Management

Go to Profile tab → Edit Profile → update your name, email, phone, or photo → tap Save.

Go to Profile → Settings → Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new one. If you forgot it, use "Forgot Password" on the login screen.

Email [email protected] with subject "Delete My Account." We'll process it within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for data retention details.

For Vendors

  1. Download the app and tap "Sign Up as Vendor"
  2. Fill in your business information
  3. Add equipment inventory with photos and pricing
  4. Set up payout info through Stripe Connect
  5. Submit for review — our team will verify your listing
  6. Once approved, start receiving bookings!
  • • Valid business license (where required)
  • • Quality equipment in good condition
  • • Reliable availability during listed hours
  • • Photos of your actual equipment
  • • Valid bank account for payouts

Boujee Beachin charges a platform commission on each completed booking, displayed in your vendor dashboard. Payouts are processed automatically through Stripe Connect.

Technical Support

  1. Close and reopen the app completely
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Update to the latest version
  4. Restart your device
  5. Clear app cache (Android: Settings → Apps → Boujee Beachin → Clear Cache)
  6. Reinstall if the issue persists
  • Card declined: Verify details, ensure sufficient funds, contact your bank
  • Payment stuck: Don't retry. Check email for confirmation. Contact support after 5 minutes.
  • Double charged: Usually a temporary hold. Contact us if it persists after 48 hours.
  • Wrong password: Use "Forgot Password" to reset via email
  • SSO issues: Use the same sign-in method (Google/Apple) you used to sign up
  • Account locked: Wait 15 minutes after too many failed attempts
  • OTP not arriving: Check your phone number, wait 60 seconds, check spam
